Additionally, the connectivity now provides meeting planners managing rooming lists a PCI-compliant process to exchange lists containing credit card information online, guaranteeing their attendee's personal data protection and removing any hotel security threats. The integrated software network continually updates available inventory within GroupMAX, enabling hotel staff to offer group guests real-time room upgrade options and extended stays, while ensuring optimal inventory allocation.
