FAIRFIELD, Calif./DENVER, Colo., December 6, 2011—Richfield Hospitality , a leading hotel management company, today announced that it will again partner with Presidio Companies, a Northern California-based hotel development and asset management company, to operate the 137-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Fairfield, Calif., located in the Napa Valley, north of San Francisco.
“This contract marks an important milestone for Richfield in that we are now working with every major brand family,” said Greg Mount, president of Richfield Hospitality. “We are gratified that Presidio has entrusted a third property to our management and given us this opportunity to operate our first Marriott-branded hotel.
“With its proximity to family-friendly attractions like the Six Flags Marine World and Infinecon Raceway, this hotel is a perfectly situated for both family vacations and wine country escapes,” Mount continued. “With some enhancements to the arrival experience, which will commence immediately, we will ensure that the quality of the property matches the quality of service that is the hallmark of the Marriott brand.”
The Courtyard by Marriott Fairfield offers guests easy access to Napa Valley wineries and factory tours including Budweiser and Jelly Belly. Each guest room is equipped with a high definition, flat panel television, refrigerator and microwave, and recently upgraded bedding and complimentary WIFI access. To complement the Napa Valley lifestyle, the Courtyard by Marriott Fairfield boasts the Beaubelle spa and a fitness center with complimentary classes. Additional amenities include an outdoor pool and whirlpool, and California, a breakfast café.
Courtyard by Marriott Fairfield is located at 1350 Holiday Lane, Fairfield, in the Napa Valley.
