Africa Israel USA Selects Richfield Hospitality to Manage the 56-room Tempo Miami
Located in the Cultural District of Downtown Miami, Florida


NEW YORK, Sept. 9, 2011- Developer Africa Israel USA (AFI USA) announced that it has hired premier management company Richfield Hospitality to manage its newest ultra luxury Tempo Miami hotel in the heart of Downtown Miami. The Tempo Hotel is part of Marquis Residences, the tallest luxury condominium building in Miami. The announcement was made by Tamir Kazaz, chief executive officer, AFI USA.

Richfield Hospitality currently manages luxury lifestyle hotels, along with full-service, upper upscale and urban market properties throughout the United States.

Opened in 2010, Tempo Miami is designed to exceed the expectations of the most discerning traveler, features floor to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and downtown Miami's Arts and Entertainment District. With spacious balconies, numerous terraces, and an expansive Sky Pool Deck, the Hotel offers guests an ultra-luxury experience Ideally located, the hotel is within walking distance to Miami's most popular attractions, including the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, Bicentennial Park, and the American Airlines Arena (home of the NBA Miami Heat basketball team). Additionally, the Property is just a short drive to the Miami's famed South Beach district, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove. Each Tempo Miami guestroom features European furnishings, fine linens, and luxurious, spa-inspired baths.

Designed by world renowned Arquitectonica, the hotel and residences feature floor-to-ceilings views and balconies with international sensibilities, including exotic woods, textured stone and sleek stainless steel. The property also offers the latest in in-room technology. In addition to the luxury hotel, the building is comprised of 306 elegant high rise condominiums known as the Marquis Residences. The building rises 67 stories above Miami at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard and together shares the extensive amenities of Tempo Miami, including at an expansive fitness center, spa, sunrise and sunset pools, and food and beverage outlets.
