September 2011 - HOON NAMGOONG is appointed as Director, Food and Beverage, Fairmont Yangcheng Lake Hoon holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Hospitality and Tourism and a Minor Degree in Human Resources from Ryerson University in Toronto, as well as a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management with Honors from Humber College, Toronto.
