Kevin McIntyre joins the team
as an experienced and versatile chef with more than thirteen years’
A British national, McIntyre has worked his way up through the culinary
to manage kitchens internationally within five star hotels and
as the Hilton and The Westin. ‘Kevin’s Tea House’ concept in Turkey is
of McIntyre’s flair with innovation and creativity, something which
in his menus and concepts.
Specializing in Mediterranean,
Middle-Eastern, European and International cuisine, McIntyre’s varied
him the ideal candidate to launch Mafraq’s culinary outlets which will
The Burlington Grill, The Olive Branch and Hunters Bar.
Olga Hoyal joins Mafraq Hotel
with a background in hospitality marketing in Europe that spans over
years. A Spanish national, Hoyal holds a
Masters in Marketing and a Degree in Tourism Management in addition to
qualifications in online marketing and tourism marketing. New to
the Middle East, Hernandez has honed
her skills working in senior communication roles across Spain for
groups, golf clubs, catering firms and publishing houses.
Hoyal has successfully
completed the project of rebranding the Mafraq hotel and is excited to
the new-look property to market. Her
online marketing approach will bring a new element to the brand’s
communications plan and open up new markets to the property.
