BUFFALO, NY (August 11, 2011) – Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is proud to announce that Kara Hejmowski has been promoted to director of sales for Hampton Inn Buffalo/Williamsville. Kara has been with Buffalo Lodging Associates since 2005, when she began working as a guest services representative at Homewood Suites Buffalo-Airport. Over the next few years, Kara was promoted to manager on duty and then to front desk supervisor. She then went on to work as the sales coordinator for both Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo-Downtown and Hampton Inn Buffalo-Airport, before returning to front office management at Sleep Inn Buffalo/Amherst and then at Fairfield Inn & Suites Clearwater-Bayside in Clearwater, Fla. Hejmowski’s previous experience includes time in the Walt Disney World College Program as an on-campus representative at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. Kara also worked a summer at Disney’s All Star Resort in Orlando; and she began her hospitality career as an intern at the Adams Mark Hotel in Buffalo.
