News for the Hospitality Executive
Dallas, TX – As the journey begins for recovery from the devastation of the 9.0 magnitude earthquake immediately followed by a tsunami ripple, ‘Envision Life’ launches to provide a golden hand in efforts to help the thousands of people affected by the catastrophic events. Started by two students attending SMU Cox School of Business, Narayan Patel and Anand Patel’s vision for this project was to initiate action for the tragedy of Japan and to aid in the effort of re-growth.
Image Hospitality and Newcrest Management has contributed to this cause in Japan by placing a T-Shirt order for employed individuals within their corporation.
Currently, the two unique designs are retailing for $25 including free shipping within the continental U.S. 100% of the net proceeds will be donated to a “Japan project” with Global Giving in efforts to assist the people of Japan.
With more than two months after the tragic earthquake and tsunami in Japan, this effort seeks not to only raise funds but to keep a spotlight on a country still in need. “While the media no longer covers the tragedy of Japan”, says Mr. Patel “the devastation and impact still remains”. Global Giving’s vast network of charities allows Envision Life to provide extra aid to “Japan projects” that might receive less funding through traditional structures, these projects will be imperative in Japan’s rebuilding process. This is Envision Life’s first step towards hoping for a better, faster re-growth for Japan. To purchase a T-Shirt with Envision Life, please visit: www.envisionlifeshirts.com.
