iBAHN Launches New “Follow the Sun” Operations Organisation to
Support its Global Hospitality Customers

Headed by Neil Williams, New Operations Organisation Takes Global Responsibility
for Customer Support, Network Monitoring, and Network Best Practices

June 21, 2011 (Reading, England and Austin, Texas) – iBAHN, the global leader in IP television and Wi-Fi solutions for the hospitality, convention and meeting industries, announced today a new global operations organisation within the company. The company is focused on supporting its many hospitality clients that now require technology support on a 24/7 “follow the sun” basis.  Accordingly, the company has shifted its organisation to reflect its ability to provide consistent, reliable global service to its hotel partners who are intent on providing an excellent and reliable technology experience to their world-traveling guests.

“We continue to see increasing demand from our larger customers to provide consistent global service,” notes David W. Garrison, iBAHN’s chief executive officer.  “With clients in 43 countries, it is imperative to have a global operations organisation that will fully support and supplement the existing regional operations teams that are critical to the success of our customers.”

The global operations organisation will be based in iBAHN’s Reading, England location, with regional teams in the United States, Australia and China.  Heading the new global operations team is Neil Williams, who now serves as director, global operations, and has been a key member of iBAHN’s operational team for nearly seven years.

“I’m very excited about this shift in direction,” said Williams.  “We believe that our customers deserve our very best efforts and service, and that means functioning globally to provide the highest level of service.”
