Hotel Group has announced the promotion of Timothy Santos to
General
Manager of the Courtyard
by Marriott in Norwich, CT. The 120-room property is
professionally
managed by Waterford Hotel Group, Inc., a national hotel and convention
center
management firm.
As General Manager, Santos will oversee all operational, sales and administrative aspects of the Norwich hotel. He most recently served as Operations Manager for the Courtyard Norwich, after several years of hospitality experience within the Marriott brand. Santos’s previous positions include General Manager of the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Williston, VT and Chief Engineer at the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor Hotel, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Burlington, VT and the Courtyard by Marriott in Middlebury, VT. “Timothy has done a wonderful job for us at the Courtyard Norwich and is well-respected by the hotel team.
