In addition to being involved in the opening of the Radisson, Shelley was also the executive housekeeper for the Ramada in Niagara Falls prior to and for 5 years after it opened. In 2004, she was promoted to operations manager at the Radisson and then promoted again, to assistant general manager, in 2005, when Buffalo Lodging Associates purchased the hotel. “Shelley has been with the property since it opened and has done an excellent job in various positions during her tenure there," said Richard Schroen, regional operations vice president for Buffalo Lodging Associates.
