InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino Appoints Jackie Raccuglia and Lissette Carlo to Sales Mangement Team |
| June 2011 - Michael Herrmann, regional director of operations for IHG Caribbean and general manager at the InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino, announced the appointments of Jackie Raccuglia and Lissette Carlo as director of e-commerce and field marketing and account director of meetings for the InterContinental San Juan and the Holiday Inn Resorts in Aruba and Jamaica, respectively.  Jackie in her new expanded role as director of e-commerce
and field marketing
for IHG’s Caribbean region will direct the marketing by expanding
revenue
streams and social media channels, as well as niche segments and
continued
e-commerce partner business relationship and products. In her eight years tenure with IHG, Jackie has held positions from administrative, marketing coordinator to e-commerce sales and marketing manager of over 1,100 rooms for Holiday Inn Resorts Aruba and Jamaica. On the other hand, Lissette in her new role as account director of meetings for IHG will focus on group business and cross-selling the resorts in the region.  Prior to joining IHG, Lissette was with Carlson Companies
where she served as Regional Sales Manager of the two International
Flagship
Resorts in Aruba and St Martin, Radisson Caribbean Resorts with a total
of 900
rooms. She joins IHG with over 14 years of comprehensive hospitality
experience
with a career focus on hotel sales, revenue management and marketing.
