their upcoming joint management of a new Hyatt Place, a 172-room hotel
located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Small Brothers of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the 22 story unfinished condo tower for in 2010 and had the land rezoned for a mixed use project to include a hotel. Located at the intersection of Third and Caldwell Streets in uptown Charlotte, the building will have a unique design to include:
