Crestline Hotels & Resorts Appoints Gary J. Strehl as General Manager for the
Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Butler Boulevard, in Jacksonville, Florida



JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 4, 2011-- Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Gary J. Strehl as General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott Jacksonville Butler Boulevard, FL.  The 137 guestroom hotel is located near Jacksonville Memorial Stadium, the Prime F. Osborn Convention Center, the Mayo Clinic and just 15 miles from the Jacksonville beaches.

Mr. Strehl joined Crestline Hotels in Resorts in May 2005 and was previously the Director of Operations for the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C.  He brings more than 30 years of hospitality management experience to this position including an extensive background in food and beverage.  Prior to being appointed Director of Operations for the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel he was the hotel's Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director.  He has also held management positions with the Hawaii Prince Hotel and the Maui Prince Hotel, as well as Rock Resorts Kapalua Bay Hotel.
