– Due to growing demand of mobile guest-services across Europe, the Middle East, and Northern Africa, Los Angeles-based runtriz™ has established centralized offices in Tel Aviv, Israel, this month to support its rapid global expansion. Distinguished European hotelier Alan Goldschneider will spearhead EMEA operations as Managing Director.

runtriz™ uses mobile, location-based technology to deliver a hotel's services and amenities to travelers on demand in up to 57 languages. Whether onsite or off property, hotel guests can communicate with the hotel from their mobile device to order room service, view a list of local attractions, order food and drinks poolside, set wake-up calls, request luggage pick-up, check the weather, view spa services, find out where to eat, view local golf courses, request towels, toiletries, transportation and more. These requests or "touches" are then processed by the runtriz™ web platform and seamlessly delivered to the appropriate hotel department keeping the guest apprised of the status at anytime they desire.

He also served at the Soho Grand Hotel in New York, Hotel Casa Del Mar in Santa Monica, Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica, and David Geffen’s Malibu Beach Inn. Goldschneider was President of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce and a recipient of the Malibu Chamber of Commerce’s Businessman of the Year Award.
