ZaZa Databases Get a Facelift

Hotel ZaZa Selects ZDirect’s eCRM Solution for Improved Customer Relations

HOUSTON, March 4, 2011Hotel ZaZa announced today it will begin using the ZDirect eCRM platform (Electronic Customer Relationship Management) at both the Dallas and Houston properties to ensure hotel staff is able to provide the most attentive service possible. While the hotel is always committed to providing the utmost service, this platform will allow employees to go above and beyond each guest’s highest expectations.
This new platform will enhance ZaZa’s email marketing system and allow the hotel to consolidate guest profile information from disparate systems using ZDirect’s patented dynamic content engine. Once the robust profiles are developed and cleansed, ZDirect can dynamically generate appropriate marketing pieces in order to send custom communications that resonates exclusively with each individual guest.
