2011 - The TownePlace Suites Frederick launches Marriott’s second LEED
Volume
Program (Courtyard was the first) in partnership with the U.S. Green
Building
Council (USGBC.) The property will be the brand’s first green
hotel
prototype and will dramatically accelerate Marriott’s goal to have
300
LEED hotels by 2015.
