Joie de Vivre Hospitality Appoints Roger Dryden as the
Director of Leisure Sales
A 20-year veteran in the travel and hospitality industry, Roger Dryden is the driving force responsible for reeling in leisure business and bringing Shorebreak Hotel in Huntington Beach and Pacific Edge Hotel in Laguna Beach back to the forefront.
As the new Director of Leisure Sales, Dryden aims to develop and maintain key customer relations both domestically as well as internationally. Prior to setting his sights on Southern California, he served as Senior Sales Manager for The Ritz-Carlton San Francisco managing wholesale, leisure and consortia markets (Virtuoso, FHR/American Express, Signature and STARS agency members).
With an extensive sales background that spans the globe, Dryden has held key positions with an array of names such as Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa, Sutton Place Hotel Newport Beach, Half Moon Jamaica, Jumby Bay Antigua, L'Ermitage Hotels and Virgin Atlantic Airways. Dryden is also an active member in the wholesale and travel industry community, having held a variety of leadership and membership roles with OC PROST and LA PROST, OC ASTA, Greater Los Angeles CTO Chapter and NBTA.
