Shangri-La’s Newly Renovated Rasa Sentosa Invests
in Housekeeping Operations

 
Janaury 27, 2011 - Shangri-La’s Rasa Sentosa invested in their back-of-the-house operations during the recent $80 million dollar hotel renovation.  Despite the decrease in room size, from 459 to 454 rooms, hotel management had identified the need to increase housekeeping operation’s efficiency and invested in the ProHost® System.



 The ProHost® System combines attractive equipment and an innovative process to streamline material handling and improve inventory control.  The Rasa Sentosa’s wide range of guest rooms, from family rooms to honeymoon suites, are more easily handled by the ProHost® System with its customized equipment load plans specific to each room attendant’s section.
