Bunkhouse Management Names Lisa Reile General Manager
of Hotel Saint Cecilia, Austin, Texas

(Austin, Texas) January 5, 2011— Bunkhouse Management Vice President Kevin Osterhaus announces today that Lisa Reile has been named General Manager of Hotel Saint Cecilia, Andrew Procter has been promoted to Jo’s Operations Manager, Robin Kelley joins the company as Retail Development Manager for Bunkhouse and Jason Harler joins the company as Cultural Programs Director for El Cosmico.

In addition to these positions, Bunkhouse acquired the Hotel Havana located in San Antonio last April, opened El Cosmico for business in January, and expanded Jo’s Hot Coffee Good Food from two to four locations, adding coffee shops at Meadows and Ragsdale on St. Edward’s University campus this fall.

“2010 was a year of exciting growth for Bunkhouse and our existing projects.  Additionally, the opening of the Hotel Havana and the expansion of the Jo’s brand have made it possible to add some extremely talented people to our leadership team,” said Osterhaus.

Reile comes to the position of General Manager of Hotel Saint Cecilia (HSC), after having served as HSC Assistant General Manager and HSC Hospitality/Events Manager. She will report to Osterhaus, and her responsibilities include management of the hotel and staff, budget administration, and directing all hotel services. She joins HSC from Whole Foods, where she spent 21 years in quality control, store development and as Whole Body coordinator. The role required her to travel extensively across the United States, Canada, England, Italy, Mexico and Central America, and later led to her interest in hotel amenities.

Procter comes to the position of Jo’s Operations Manager after working with Bunkhouse in a consulting capacity for the past nine months. He will report to Osterhaus, and his responsibilities include company-wide cost controls, revenue generation and brand growth. Prior to Bunkhouse, Procter has worked on restaurant openings and management in New York and London, as well as national marketing and branding initiatives for various products.

Kelley will oversee retail development for all Bunkhouse properties. She will report to Osterhaus, and her responsibilities include all in-room and lobby retail at the hotels and Jo’s merchandising. Robin’s focus is on programming an experience that best tells the story specific to each of the unique Bunkhouse brands.  She joins Bunkhouse with more than 20 years experience as a consumer product development strategist and creative director for select retail, food and beverage projects including Gardens and P&K Grocery.

Harler joins El Cosmico in Marfa as the Cultural Programs Director. Harler’s responsibilities include the creation and promotion of events, workshops and cultural happenings at the property. Prior to his time at El Cosmico, Harler held management positions with a wide array of nationally and internationally renowned hotel companies, serving most recently as General Manager at Ace Hotel and Swim Club in Palm Springs and as the opening General Manager at the Standard Hotel and Spa in Miami Beach.
