Knowland Gives Hoteliers New Insight into Business Development

The New and Improved Leads Database Includes Detailed Contact Research, Exporting Options,
New Advanced Search Capabilities, Insight Alerts, and More



McLean, VA, 01/17/10 The Knowland Group, a leading provider of business development solutions for the hospitality industry, this week launched a new version of its revolutionary lead generation service. The new Insight combines all the current lead generation and Smart Targeting tools with several new features to make it even easier for hoteliers to quickly find the perfect groups for their property.

The innovative search engine and mapping tool gives hotel sales teams access to a massive database of groups who have held millions of meetings in hotels and conference centers. These include more than 300,000 corporations, associations, government agencies, social organizations and other groups. Smart Targeting technology allows hoteliers to quickly find the groups that are best suited to their property.
 
Existing Knowland clients will love the new look, designed to match the tab-centric approach of Readers and Target Net. Now Insight is even more intuitive and customizable, with a new Advanced Search that includes dozens of ways to narrow your search, from market, to industry segment and estimated attendees. With increased demand for all of the services offered by Knowland’s Event Booking Center, a new EBC tab has been added for more direct access within Insight.
 
Timing is everything in hospitality sales. That’s why the new Insight includes Insight Alerts, which allow hotel sales managers to be notified immediately about any new activity of key accounts. Responding to client feedback, Knowland has also added the ability to download the targeted leads found in Insight as an Excel spreadsheet or PDF to share or access whenever clients want.
