Position

CN Hotels, Inc. is searching for 2 individuals to join their Sales Team as Sales Managers for 2 separate markets in NC.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting site inspections with prospective customers
Develop new accounts through research and solicitation calls.
Initiate and conduct sales activities such as advertising, sales calls, blitzes, mail campaigns, etc. with other sales team members.
Communicate clearly and in a timely manner to all clients, customers and fellow sales team members.
Develop personal relationships with prime sales sources in all market segments.
Network with professional and civic organizations and attend area meetings within the local market area.
Interact with guests to actively build sales.
Assist in developing revenue management strategies that support the hotel’s budgeted RevPAR and budget/business plan goals.
Achieve established production goals.
Assist in the development, monitoring and maintenance of the marketing and sales master plan.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum of two years of hospitality sales experience preferred.
Key attributes include good communication and project management skills.
