AAA Parking Adds Two South Beach Resorts
Hotel Breakwater & Hotel Ocean are luxurious gems in the heart of SoBe

February 22, 2011
Miami Beach, Florida —Ocean Drive. South Beach. These few simple words evoke images of glamorous Art Deco style amid crystal blue waters and bright Florida sunshine. South Beach is one of Earth’s most delightful adult playgrounds and its home to two classic resorts that will now offer AAA Parking services to their guests.

Originally built in 1939, Hotel Breakwater helped Miami Beach regain its splendor in the mid-1980’s when the property was featured in a Calvin Klein underwear ad with a scantily clad male model perched atop the Breakwater’s famous rooftop terrace. And now, a second rebirth of Hotel Breakwater is making its debut thanks to a multi-million dollar renovation. Just a few blocks up Ocean Drive is Hotel Ocean, another historic South Beach property that’s primed for Miami Beach’s international lifestyle. Hotel Ocean is a secluded and luxurious respite from the ordinary chain-hotel approach, situated perfectly in the middle of the excellent shopping, dining and nightlife South Beach has to offer. Both Hotel Breakwater and Hotel Ocean are owned by Jordache Enterprises; the same company that made Jordache Jeans a must own item in the mid-1980’s. In addition to their classic clothing line, Jordache Enterprises boasts an eclectic real estate portfolio and their designers clearly understand building design and décor. These spectacular oceanfront properties offer an expert blend of sophistication and luxury while maintaining an informal and comfortable vibe.

“South Beach is constantly buzzing with activity and offers such a unique atmosphere. Visitors from all over the world come to South Beach to enjoy the ocean, dine in the street side cafés and shop on famous Lincoln Drive. We are very pleased to continue our growth in Florida and to have the Breakwater and Hotel Ocean as new clients.” commented AAA Parking Vice President, Bryan DeCort.

AAA Parking begins 24-hour valet parking services at Hotel Breakwater and Hotel Ocean March 15, 2011. For more information on the properties, visit www.breakwatersouthbeach.com or www.hotelocean.com.
