ProHost® Smart Housekeeping Carts

I am pleased to announce the launch of our newest product line, the ProHost® Smart Housekeeping Carts.  Many of you are familiar with our ProHost® System and current family of Mobiles for housekeeping and food and beverage applications.  Hostar is also known for its innovative power assist unit for hotel carts, first introduced in 1991 and now in its fifth generation. 

Our new equipment includes the Smart Supplier, Collector and Reserve units.  The new Smart Supplier and Reserve units are lighter, more maneuverable carts with increased capacity. Strong, rust-resistant metal frames carry the familiar ProHost® totes. Lockable doors are available as optional features on the Smart Supplier Cart.

The new Smart Collector has three sizes of collections bags made out of 600 thread denier nylon for durability.  The largest is designed for holding soiled linen and has an easy access side zipper for unloading. The smaller bags can be used for trash, recycling or separate linen collection. A recessed vacuum position, tool bar and chemical caddy complete the Smart Collector.  As with the Mobile family, the Smart Supplier and Collector can be hitched together for travel in long guest hallways.  All units include wall protecting revolving bumpers.

Smart Housekeeping Carts deliver the same fundamentals of the ProHost® System as the Mobile carts. It is an integrated System of equipment and process for the accurate and efficient distribution of linens, amenities and supplies.  The ProHost® System has a proven track record of reducing housekeeping labor and increasing inventory control. As the table indicates below, our equipment lines can be mixed and matched to best service any hotel environment.
