Percipia Networks Announces opening of New Chicago Headquarters

With the purchase of the Percipia Networks and the Parallax product, the new owners, Parallax Investors, LLC headed up by Michael Velasquez and Daniel VanRyn, have redefined the company and created a new vision for Percipia Networks.
