Jeffrey Baldasarre Appointed Director of Sales and Marketing
for The Betsy Hotel, Miami Beach

 
New York, NY � September 21, 2010 - The distinguished landmark boutique hotel, The Betsy � South Beach is proud to announce the appointment of Jeffrey Baldasarre as Director of Sales and Marketing, effective immediately.  

He brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales and public relations with leading hotel groups, individual hotels and resorts. �His overall experience will be a tremendous asset.  Our recent multi-million dollar renovation and service levels have garnered numerous accolades from around the globe.  Jeffrey will help us as we look to achieve even greater success moving forward,� says Jeff Lehman, General Manager.  

Most recently Baldasarre re-opened the legendary four diamond Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada (the Florida Keys).  He was named the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Standard Hotel and Spa in Miami Beach, responsible for all hotel facilities and services. Prior to that, he was Area Director of Sales, Marketing and Public Relations for the five-star Bentley Regal Palms Resort and Spa and the Regal Oaks Resort and Spa, both in Orlando. 
 
Baldasarre�s hospitality experience also encompasses executive marketing positions with Ian Schrager Hotels and the Boutique Hotel Group, both in New York City, The Boyle Hotel Group, Prime Hospitality, and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in Boston.  Among his clients, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, CNN, MTV Networks, E Entertainment television, Promotional Considerations Inc., Liz Claiborne, Conde Nast and  DreamWorks productions.
