The Greentree Ramada Hotel and Conference Center in Pittsburgh, PA --
Now Renamed Clarion Hotel -- Sold to PI Hospitality LLC for $2.65 million

September 30, 2010 --The Greentree Ramada Hotel and Conference Center -- now renamed Clarion Hotel -- has been sold to PI Hospitality LLC for $2.65 million.

The new owner of the hotel at 401 Holiday Dr. Green Tree, is Sudhir Patel, managing partner of PI, according to a deed filed in Allegheny County. The seller was Four 401 Holiday Drive Holdings LLC,, part of CWCapital Management LLC, based in Washington, D.C.

Patel also owns the Quality Suites hotel at 700 Mansfield Ave., Green Tree.
