Hospitality Solutions helps Mamaison Hotels and Residences |

26, 2010 – Mamaison Hotels & Residences came to
Sabre Hospitality Solutions with a desire to improve its online
strategy and
increase revenue generated from distribution channels. Since
switching its 10 upscale properties
across central and eastern Europe to Sabre Hospitality Solutions’ SynXis Central Reservation System
(CRS),
Mamaison has enjoyed a more than 100 percent increase in revenue and
bookings
made on its Web site (www.mamaison.com)
compared to the same period last year.
The chain has also leveraged Sabre Hospitality Solutions’ direct
connections to third party travel agents Booking.com and Expedia.com,
increasing
bookings from this channel by 34 percent year-over-year. “Mamaison Hotels includes a wide range of property types with unique features, so we needed to find a distribution partner who could offer a seamless solution to meet our needs and help us maximize revenue at the same time,” said Paula de Keijzer, corporate director of revenue management for Mamaison Hotels and Residences. “We looked to Sabre Hospitality Solutions knowing they have a strong reputation in the industry for helping similar customers achieve success. The chain increased conversions plus added incremental revenue by taking advantage of Guest Connect’s extensive merchandising tools such as dynamic packaging and promotional pricing, integrated image gallery, multiple currency pricing, and rate filters. Mamaison also began distributing their rates directly to their most important third-party websites, Booking.com and Expedia, using Sabre Hospitality Solutions’ direct connection to these sites.
