July 22, 2010 - The owner of the former Holiday Inn has contracted with NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc., leading experts in hotel liquidation management, to clear the hotel of its current contents as a prelude to the property’s demolition.
The 189 room hotel contents liquidation is being held on-site at the Former Holiday Inn, 521 Greenfield Road, Lancaster, PA., and will open to both the hospitality industry and the general public on Thursday, July 22nd. The sale will continue for the next 30 days, Monday-Saturday, 10:00 am-7:00 pm and Sunday, 12:00-5:00 pm. The sale is expected to be well attended so early arrival is encouraged as the sale is “first come, first served”.
In essence, this will be a GIANT GARAGE SALE of like NEW furnishings with everything in the hotel being liquidated including 25” color TV's, king and queen beds, wardrobes, 3 drawer chests, granite vanity sinks, nightstands and cocktail tables, artwork, linens, lamps, drapes and carpeting, MicroFridges, as well as commercial laundry equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, bar and restaurant furnishings, phone and phone switch, GE and Amana PTAC units, hot water boilers and 100’s more.
