Payments Solution for Hospitality Sector


New Partnership to Provide Ultra Fast Payments Gateway, 'One-Call-Solves-All'
Customer Service and Reporting for MSI's Property Management System

Through the partnership, MSI's customers – more than 4,500 hotels and resorts across the U.S. – will enjoy the benefits of the Merchant Link GatewayTM:

  • A secure, cloud-based, high-speed payments network reducing cost and effort to achieve PCI compliance;
  • Expanded choice and flexibility of payment processors;
  • Elimination of processor pass-through fees for American Express, saving a hotel up to $.20 per AMEX transaction;
  • Merchant Link's industry-leading "One-Call-Solves-All" technical and help desk support to assist customers with any issue regardless of where it occurs within the transaction life cycle; and
  • Robust, web-based enterprise reporting that provides a consolidated view of all credit card activity throughout the property.

As a result, MSI is providing a comprehensive way for its customers to control costs and manage credit card processing more efficiently. The integration also includes Place Point, MSI's innovative point-of-sale system that integrates with MSI's WinPM property management solutions.
