South America, an exciting new contract with a major Chilean hotel
chain has established Easy (Ez)
Revenue Management Solutions Ltd as the leading RMS provider in
the entire region. Enjoy Casino & Resort is the leading company in Chile's gaming and entertainment industry, with five modern and distinctly different resorts in all the major tourist destinations in the country. The properties in Chile are Enjoy Antofagasta, Enjoy Coquimbo, Enjoy Viña del Mar, Enjoy Pucón, Enjoy Puerto Varas, Casino Enjoy Santiago, Casino de Colchagua and Enjoy Mendoza, in Argentina. Each will now benefit from implementation of the EzRMS™ revenue management suite, following a selection and decision process that took almost two years to complete. Initial contact with the hotel and casino operator was first made at the Eye for Travel conference back in 2007, when the revenue management team from Enjoy came to the US to investigate RMS options for their growing casino operation, explains Phil Robart, EasyRMS Director of Sales and Operations - North America. "The team then spent over twelve months evaluating the product options before deciding which system would best suit their needs, and EzRMS™ was the solution they chose," he says. The chain has implemented the complete EzRMS™ SaaS suite, as well as extraction and upload interfaces for Opera V5 PMS, and the upload interface to NETRez. Phil adds, "We were certainly thrilled to learn that the team at Enjoy had selected EasyRMS as their partner. They invested a great deal of time and effort into their research of the various options to ensure they had the right system. Certainly the capabilities of our integration with Opera were a key element in this decision as well as their recognition of our superior functionality in regards to all aspects of group quoting and forecasting - an important component of their business."
