announced today it has been selected to advise in the disposition of the
Ramada Omaha located in Omaha, Nebraska. The totally renovated, two and
three story, 129 room property has excellent visibility on 72nd Street
and excellent access from Interstate 80. The location is proximate to major
companies including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, InFo USA, First Data Resources,
ConAgra, Omnium Worldwide and the 70-acre Aksarban mixed use development.
