 May 2010 - “Ramada
Jumeirah Dubai, a new four-star hotel with
252 rooms, is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2010 at the
crossroads
of Al Mina and Al Diyafah roads. The construction is almost complete
and the
hotel is currently in the final stages of interior design.
Ramada Jumeirah Dubai will feature a Business Centre and four meeting rooms designed for the corporate sector, five food and beverage outlets including a lobby lounge, an all-day-dining restaurant, an Asian fusion restaurant, a pub and a night club. It will also feature a rooftop outdoor swimming pool, a health club with spa facilities and a fully equipped fitness room. Basement parking, concierge services and a regular bus shuttle to Jumeirah beach will offer additional convenience for its guests. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within the residential and corporate hub of Jumeirah. The property is a 10 minute walk from the Jumeirah beach, a 20 minute drive from the Dubai International airport and is strategically located between the business districts of Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road and Jumeirah, in close proximity to Dubai dry docks and Union House. Ideal for business and leisure travellers alike, Ramada Jumeirah will offer facilities and services at affordable, mid-market prices, and will be a welcoming and restorative hotel experience. Its 252 rooms will include choices such as twin and king bedded standard rooms, corner suites and junior suites. Ramada Jumeirah Dubai is owned by Mohamed & Obaid Almulla LLC and will be managed by the group’s subsidiary company Abjar Hotels International LLC under a licensed franchise agreement with Ramada Worldwide, a subsidiary of Wyndham Hotel Group.” |
