New Castle Hotels & Resorts Appoints Rachel M. Alcaro Director of Sales
for the Craftsman Inn and Conference Center in Fayetteville, New York


 
 
SHELTON, CT – May 20, 2010 – Rachel M. Alcaro, a certified meeting planner with more than a decade of experience in hospitality, travel and tourism, has joined the New Castle Hotels & Resorts team as director of sales for the New Castle-managed Craftsman Inn and Conference Center in Fayetteville, N.Y.

Alcaro comes to the Craftsman Inn from the Syracuse Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she served as convention sales manager since December 2003. She has also held sales management positions at the Embassy Suites Hotel in East Syracuse, and at the DoubleTree Club Hotel in North Syracuse. She holds a degree in office technology from the Onondaga Community College.
