Ownership Change
Chesapeake Lodging Trust has agreed to acquire the Hilton Checkers Los Angeles in Los Angeles and Courtyard Anaheim at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA for a combined price of $71 million. The Checkers purchase is expected to close within 30 days and the Courtyard Anaheim acquisition is expected to close within 90.
