Southern Ventures Corporation Selects Hotel Equities to
its 102-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Navarre, Florida
Atlanta, GA–June 9, 2010 – Atlanta-based Hotel Equities (www.hotelequities.com) recently acquired the management contract for the Hampton Inn & Suites Hotel at 7710 Navarre Parkway in Navarre, Florida. Conveniently located just a few blocks from the beach, the four-story hotel opened in 2008 with a total of 102 rooms.
The hotel’s General Partner, Southern Ventures Corporation, also developed the property and plans to develop two additional hotels in the Ft. Walton market. Nearby Eglin Air Force Base, with expansion plans for years to come, promises to be a major part of the area’s economic engine.

Navarre is a new market in Florida for Hotel Equities, an award-winning hotel management firm with a portfolio of 47 hotels, primarily in the Southeast.

The hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, a business center with free wireless Internet, and 600 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 45 people.
A complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning in the breakfast room off the lobby. The hotel also features a convenience store with snacks, sundries and other essentials for the traveler.
