LodgeNet Names David Goldstone Vice President, 
Sales and Hotel Relations  
  Newly Created Position to Manage Integrated Sales and Hotel Relations Groups

SIOUX FALLS, S.D., June 21, 2010 - LodgeNet Interactive Corporation, the leading provider of media and connectivity solutions to the hospitality industry, announced today that it has appointed David Goldstone to the newly-created position of Vice President, Sales and Hotel Relations, and the integration of its sales and hotel relationship organizations.

In his new role, Mr. Goldstone, formerly Vice President, National Accounts for LodgeNet, will be responsible for implementing an integrated sales approach, overseeing all hotel-related sales activities as well as managing and enhancing LodgeNet's ongoing relationships with the hotel brands, ownership groups, management companies, and individual hotels.  The Company's Professional Solutions, Media, and Broadband sales efforts will now be under a single unified and integrated team.

Goldstone was formerly Group Vice President of Sales for On Command Corporation, which was acquired by LodgeNet in 2007. Prior to On Command, he held the position of national sales manager with Panasonic's hospitality group where sales increased ten-fold during his tenure. Goldstone was recently nominated for the AH&LA's prestigious John Whitaker Award, which acknowledges an outstanding hotel supplier for their dedication to, and ingenuity within, the hospitality industry. Amongst other qualifications, Goldstone also holds the designation of MHS, Master Hotel Supplier, through the educational institute of the AH&LA.
