( Easton, PA ) � March 2010 -- Neil Pompan, CMP, current Global President of The International Association of Conference Centers (IACC), has announced the formation of Pompan Hospitality Global, Inc., a one-stop hospitality consulting firm that supports the business objectives of developers, owners, asset managers, independent and brand operators and meeting professionals around the world.

PHG is a consortium of industry leaders whose combined expertise covers all aspects of the Total Meeting Experience�. �Supporting the Total Meeting Experience is the central vision for PHG� said Pompan, �and our core competencies include Developing successful meeting products, Designing exceptional meeting environments, Creating or strengthening new and existing Brands, Managing assets, Implementing efficient operational programs, Improving market position and share, and Increasing asset profitability.

In announcing the formation of PHG, Pompan also announced the Board of Directors that includes notable industry veterans including John Wilderman, Mark DePiero, Chuck Ocheltree, Peter Stockmann, Bob Prewitt, and Ryan Simonetti.  The Global Board of Directors will include Tim Chudley from the UK, Peter Stewart from Australia, Jeu Bressers from The Netherlands and Corbin Ball from the US who will oversee Global Technology.

Pompan is a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry; the last 15 of which have been dedicated to the conference center niche. Most recently he served as Vice President of Thayer Lodging Group, a private equity firm where he was responsible for Conference Center Operations within the portfolio. He is the current Global President of the International Association of Conference Centers and has been active with IACC for 15 years having served on several committees including Professional Development, Annual Conference Planning, Site Selection, Membership Development and University Relations.  He received the IACC Award of Excellence in 2001; IACC�s Pyramid Award in 2004 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 1999.  He has also served on the CMP Board of Directors of the Convention Industry Council and chaired its Exam Review and Development Committee.
