Richard A. Cimilluca Named Director of Sales at Hamilton

& Conference Center, Florham Park, NJ
( FLORHAM PARK, NJ ) � January 2010 -- Joe Crimmins, Managing Director of Destinations Hotels & Resorts, announced the appointment of Richard A. Cimilluca as Director of Sales at Hamilton Park Hotel & Conference Center, one of the nation�s leading conference centers. A 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Cimilluca has spent the majority of his hospitality career in the conference center segment where he has served in various positions as Director of Sales & Marketing. In this capacity at Hamilton Park, he will be responsible for directing the targeted sales efforts for the 219 guest rooms and 27,000 square feet of award-winning meeting space. Announcing the appointment, Mr. Crimmins commented, �Rich�s strong background in strategic sales leadership will serve Hamilton Park very well, especially in his proven track record with regional and national markets in the conference center arena.� Crimmins noted that Cimilluca will be taking over the position previously held by Steve Migliara who recently accepted a Director of Sales and Marketing position within Destination Hotels & Resorts at the oceanfront Wild Dunes Resort in Charleston, SC. Mr. Cimilluca has served as a member of the New Jersey chapter of Meeting
Professionals International, and the Hospitality Sales & Marketing
Association International. He earned his bachelor�s degree from Southern
New Hampshire University of Manchester, and has participated in numerous
educational programs in sales & marketing leadership. He recently
served as Chair of the Marketing Committee for the International Association
of Conference Centers.
