ORLANDO, Fla.—January 11, 2010 — The new 1,400-room Hilton Orlando has appointed Louis Martorano as its executive chef.  Chef Martorano will supervise a culinary staff of 65 individuals responsible for food production in the hotel’s six dining outlets, catering, banquets, meetings and in-room dining.  Martorano opened the Hilton Orlando as the banquet chef.
