Kinseth Hospitality Companies in Partnership with
Hillcrest Development
and Hotel Source, Inc. Assumes Management of Three Hotels
| North Liberty, IA., January 6, 2010 – Kinseth
Hospitality Companies (KHC), an Iowa based hotel development and
management company announced they are now managing the Country Inn
& Suites – Rocky Mount, North Carolina; Country Inn & Suites –
Indianapolis Airport; and Stratford Inn, located in Sycamore, Illinois.
Both Country Inn & Suites hotels were developed and constructed by Mr. Al Hill, President, of Hillcrest Development, headquartered in Dixon, Illinois. Mr. Hill expressed, “As a developer and general contractor of over 80 hotels nationwide, I was pleased to locate a management company that will assume the day-to-day management of these two properties, and will allow Hillcrest to focus on the development and construction of hotels for our company. Hillcrest Development will continue to pursue new development of hotels, re-development and re-concepting of hotels, and general contracting assignments, in the hospitality sector.” The hotel management contract completed by Kinseth Hospitality Companies for the Stratford Inn, located in Sycamore, Illinois, was presented to KHC by Hotel Source, Inc., acting as Receiver for the Court for this property. Hotel Source is a multi-faceted real estate services and brokerage company, specializing in hotels, located in Chicago, Illinois. Steve Marx, President of Hotel Source stated, “We selected KHC for the daily management of this hotel, given the accessibility to senior management and their management of similar hospitality assets in the Midwest.
