Expotel Hospitality Appointed to Manage the 220-room
Four Points by Sheraton New Orleans Airport Hotel


 
New Orleans (January 14, 2010) – Expotel Hospitality has been appointed the management company of the 220 room Four Points by Sheraton New Orleans Airport Hotel effective January 2010 by the hotel’s owner, 6401 Hoteliers LLC.

Allan Reagan, Managing Partner of 6401 Hoteliers stated, “Expotel was the logical choice to for us. Their national capabilities have been proven by successfully operating diverse brands across the country, driving top line revenues and managing costs.  Yet the locally-based leadership team of Mark Kucera and Jeff Iavarone employs a tailored business approach that perfectly fits our hotel.

The Four Points by Sheraton recently underwent a multi-million dollar enhancement in the public facilities as well as guest rooms covering all the high impact guest areas. The hotel has a high concentration of corporate travelers and serves the small to midsize meeting and banquet event markets.
