The Woodlands (Houston), Texas, October 2009 � Benchmark Hospitality International has announced the promotion of Myra Hughes to director of rooms for Stonewall Resort, located near Weston, West Virginia.  Mike Hager, Benchmark�s general manager at the resort, made the announcement.

�I am delighted to welcome Myra to our executive team at Stonewall Resort,� said Mr. Hager.  �She has been a part of the resort�s staff since the property opened in 2002, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved promotion!�

Myra Hughes previously held the position of rooms division manager for Stonewall Resort.   During her tenure with the property, she has served as front office manager, assistant front office manager and front desk supervisor, which was her first position at the resort.  Ms. Hughes has also served on the opening task force teams for Benchmark Hospitality properties in other markets.
Prior to joining Stonewall Resort, Myra Hughes held managerial positions of increasing responsibility for a variety of hotels in West Virginia.  She and her son are residents of Jane Lew, West Virginia.
