Key West Inns Appoints Matthew J. Cohen
As the Chain Brand Manager

Birmingham, AL, October 5th, 2009 --- The hotel chain, Key West Inns, Inc. has hired Mr. Matthew J. Cohen as the chain Brand Manager. Now with 21 locations, Key West Inns will focus on adding additional locations in specific markets.

Mr. Cohen brings with him several years of hotel experience and has worked for such hotel companies as; US Franchise Systems, Inc. and America’s Best Franchising, Inc. “I am pleased and excited to be a part of this popular and growing hotel franchise”, states Mr. Cohen. As Brand Manager, Cohen will oversee franchisee relations for all 21 Key West Inn hotels and will focus on growing the brand. Mr. Cohen further states, “Key West Inns is a great fit for hotel owners looking to convert an existing hotel or build a new one. In my first meeting, I saw where our reservation conversions were up from 22% to 25%, that’s impressive in today’s market”.
