Atlanta, GA October 12, 2009 – Hotel Assets Group, LLC known as “Hotel AG” announced today that it has closed the 124- room Hampton Inn hotel located in Rochester, Minnesota. The 4-story interior corridor property was sold to Apple REIT Nine for an undisclosed amount and will be managed by White Lodging.
