Meisel Capital Partners Selects Small Luxury Hotels of the World Brand
for the Santa Maria Suites Resort, Key West, Florida



Key West, FL., September 21, 2009 – Joel Meisel, developer of the Santa Maria Suites Resort announced today that the all suites, condo-hotel, located in Key West, Florida is joining the Small Luxury Hotels of the World brand.  The Santa Maria Suites opened in 2007 after Meisel Capital Partners completely rebuilt the resort on the site of the former Santa Maria Motel.   The only area that remains of the historic site is the façade of the hotel reception area and adjoining restaurant.
