Since 2005, Kelly Earnest has been the hotel’s primary media contact and is responsible for generating publicity for the hotel, its ducks, restaurants and events. She serves on the PR committees for Historic Hotels of America, the Memphis Convention & Visitors Bureau and Metro Memphis Attractions Association.
