The hotel was developed by Chicago South Loop Hotel, LLC in 2008, and has since aimed to become a landmark in Chicago hospitality. With over 50 years of hotel management experience, the hotel ownership recently recognized the independent hotel�s limitations, and named First Hospitality Group the ideal candidate for unlocking the untapped value of the property. Since FHG took over the management of the hotel, there has already been a four percent increase in occupancy.
