hotels, today announced the opening of its newest property in Phoenix,
Arizona. The four-story, 125-suite hotel is owned by Cotton
Center Hospitality and is managed by Henderson Hospitality Management
Company. General Manager, Sandi King has been with the Homewood
Suites brand for more than eight years, and is known for her smile and
optimism. She was scouted for this venture by director of sales,
Dotty Odinez, who has been in this industry for 22 years and originally
hired King as a desk clerk eight years ago.
“We continue to see strong demand in the extended stay hotel segment and feel this property helps to fill a need in the area surrounding the Phoenix airport,” said King. “Whether traveling alone for business or with the entire family, guests can indulge in the comforts of home at Homewood Suites. Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Airport South offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites, and seven handicap accessible suites.
