In addition, the Samana Peninsula has been blessed with tremendous natural attractions like the Haitises National Park, Salto del Limon Waterfalls, Rincon bay, Coson bay (recipient of the Blue Flag designation) and the village Las Terrenas. Originating from the French term "La Terrienne" or "The Landlord," Las Terrenas is a former fishing town in Samana, located on the north coast of the peninsula. Las Terrenas brings together a myriad of cultures including French, German, Italian and Spanish influences and offers guests of Balcones del Atlantico additional options for dining, shopping, nightlife and other activities within a short walk along the beach.
Balcones del Atlantico, A RockResort, is a master-planned project that
will be developed in a number of phases along the beach, and will eventually
consist of approximately 350 total units, multiple restaurants and bars,
two RockResorts Spas, swimming pools and hot tubs, tennis court, over water
palapas and other guest amenities. Balcones Del Atlantico joins The Landings
