Bickhardt was also responsible for Waterford Group Restaurants, and Waterford Venue Services. Bickhardt has extensive knowledge and expertise in hotel, and convention center operations. His experience includes new hotel development and operations for all major brands including: Marriott, Starwood, and Hilton.
